Requirements:
You will be presenting proposals to homeowners, showing them the value in switching to solar and closing the sales.

Work Environment:

Onboarding Sales Representatives:
Obviously, sales is a results based JOB and we are looking for individuals that are driven to get the BEST results. We will provide you with everything you need to WIN but if you don't put in the work, you will not get results.
Once you've gone through the training and have a good understanding of the product, your sales team leader will work with you personally to make sure you are set up for success! You will work closely with your team leader on your first 3 deals. If you feel confident to sell it on your own after that, you can!
