Position: Java Full Stack Developer

Job type: Full-time

Location: All Over Canada

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory skills: Angular 8 or 9, Java, Java Script, Spring, Spring boot, Microservices, Web Services (REST API), Oracle or MongoDB experience, SQL or No SQL experience, working experience in Cloud based application development.
• Experience in working on Agile with Scrum.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Job Description:
• Develop robust software using Core Java and Spring Framework,
Adhering to Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming principles, and utilizing Design Patterns.
• Build multithreaded systems and work within iterative/agile development practices.
• Collaborate with business users at all levels to ensure requirements are met.
• Work with Scrum teams and have a good understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology.
• Possess a strong skill set in MW (Java, Spring Boot, Kafka) and UI (Angular, AG grid, CSS) development.
• Be experienced in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, with a focus on Low latency.
• Build multi-threaded and synchronization applications and have familiarity with MQ, Autosys, Hibernate, and Spring.
• Have demonstrated delivery experience in Microservices APIs using Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL development, and activities like Performance tuning/Optimization.
• Work with the project team to understand requirements, analyze them, and develop a project plan.
• Participate in project implementation and develop functionality in an iterative fashion while writing full unit and integration tests for each function that is developed.
• Continuously improve the quality of our systems and codebase via best practices, including code reviews and refactoring where necessary.
• Be passionate about technology, problem-solving, and adapting new skills while sharing expertise and knowledge.
• Possess excellent client-facing skills, including the ability to conduct compelling technical briefings and demonstrations. Be technically curious and able to implement new technologies while articulating solutions to the client.
