We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Shareholder Services to join our UKTA Investor Services team . This role is located in Edinburgh, Midlothian, United Kingdom- HYBRID.


Job purpose:

Shareholder Services - IC3 Resources a high volume, multi-channel contact centre.


In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Plans and allocates resource to meet KPI’s
Provides intra-day data to evidence performance of the team
Supports the team to provide a high quality of service to clients and shareholders
Assign available staff in accordance with resource requirements
Mitigating resource concerns by assigning resource to associated workload
Utilising available staff to workloads based on their skills set
Collaborating with internal departments on resource management to support key deliverables.
Ensures the teams adherence to the plan and champions its importance.
Actively listens to shareholder needs in order to provide service that ensures continued shareholder satisfaction and complete, accurate fulfilment of shareholder asks.
Works on larger-scale projects that may require partnership with cross-functional teams and management. Projects are business-oriented and cover highly complex inquiries to which it may take time to respond or that may require compilation and analysis of shareholder data.
Reports directly to the Unit Manager.
Contributes to the performance management process.
No direct reports.
Work has a significant impact on achievement of functional goals and objectives.


To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Experience allocating resource within a large company environment.
Resource forecasting and performance management is essential.
Be able to act as a liaison between the team and adjust resource plans accordingly.
Must be able to monitor employee workload, develop and support with training.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
Customer service experience in the financial service market preferred.
Must demonstrate ability to comply with policies and understand financial regulatory environment.
Must also demonstrate ability to coach others.
