We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Project Manager, Financial Crimes Risk Assessment to join our Risk and Compliance team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA and is hybrid (i.e., 3 days/week in office)

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Translate business strategy into an executable program of delivery and provide leadership of major workstreams within major programs and/or stand-alone projects, including system build.
Fulfil program governance requirements including senior stakeholder reporting, steering forum management, and administration of key program documents.
Manage the production of the full range of program and project management artifacts, charters, requirements, implementation timelines, testing strategies and user adoption plans.
Coordination with other Second Line and enterprise-wide programs/projects and partner with stakeholders across the firm (Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Front Office) to identify and track key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
10-12 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Financial Crimes, Risk Assessment, Data and/or Technology experience a plus.
