The Business Development Manager identifies new business opportunities and expands existing business relationships by building long-standing and successful relationships with key clients and team members.

Experience you will need:

At least four years of relevant (A/E/C) work experience in the Water & Wastewater industry
Should have a significant base of contacts in the Rocky Mountain Region.
Ability to travel as needed.
Federal Contracting experience preferred
The ability to give high-level presentations to internal and external groups
Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or business preferred (or for the right business development/sales professional, a strong willingness and aptitude to gain through training an understanding of our specific services/market
Proven experience in a professional service-related business development or sales role
Advanced Microsoft application and presentation software knowledge, CRM knowledge strongly preferred
