Key Responsibilities and Duties


Conducting research and analysing financial and operational data for
projects. Analyzing parameters including costs, time-lines, technical
functions, benefits and risks of projects.
Preparing preliminary interpretations of analyses for project teams,
clients, and/or department management.
Supporting the project manager on project administration and process
improvements.
Preparing and distributing progress reports tracked against deliverables.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Analyses the organization's HRIS and Payroll needs, and works with vendors
and/or programmers to design system specifications.

Reviews all systems enhancement change requests while providing consultative
guidance on best business practices.

Implements specially designed HRIS and Payroll related policies and
procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information.

Collaborates and develops strong relationships with HR business and globally
to understand business problems and provide solutions.

Designs, develops, tests on-going administration of the human resource
information system including selection of software and hardware.

Manages performance of team members through regular, timely feedback as well
as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of human resources
programs and processes and to foster team member engagement, motivation, and
development.


Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services,
payroll, external vendors, and other stakeholders for design and implementation
projects.
