Glolden Lotus Valley (GLV Coaches) is a specialist bus charter company offering services to travel agents, commercial businesses, corporate gatherings, schools and retirement people.
We are seeking an experienced, full time, Sales and Marketing Manager to plan, organize, coordinate and direct the sales and marketing activities of our business.
Your responsibilities will include:
· directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets to drive business growth and maximize revenue
· managing strategies for retaining relationship with existing clients and manage key client accounts
· overseeing marketing strategies to promote GLV Coaches
· directing the development and implementation of strategies to identify and manage prospective opportunities and generate increased utilization of GLV Coach’s services
Skills and Experience
· Bachelor level qualification or at least 5 years of relevant experience in lieu
· Experience and knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
· Strong business acumen
· Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
· Effective communication, organisation and time management skills
· Multi-language to handling different customers from different countries
