Business and Leadership Development Professional

We have an opening for a skilled Business Development Professional to join our Global team.

This opportunity is performance based and is for someone who is a motivated self-starter. We are looking for someone who has a passionate drive to reach new levels in their career both professionally and financially.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation through social media marketing strategies, which includes market research, campaign planning and digital marketing. In addition, you will attend and participate in weekly company-wide training sessions and conduct professional phone and zoom interviews with leads. This is a fully remote position. You will receive one on one training from experienced professionals to lead you in your success.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional working experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ESelf motivated and goal oriented with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Open to training and guidance to support your growth in this role

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in weekly training calls via Zoom.
- Flexible hours – minimum hours 2-3 per week with the option to extend to full time hours.
- Lead Generation – through social media platforms using marketing methods provided in training.
- Conduct lead interviews. You will guide them through a structured interview process. Scripts are provided.
- Fully remote, working from your laptop and phone.
