Virtual Call Center Agent

Job description
We are a startup company who recently just opened in the last few months. We are looking for committed virtual agents to perform customer service and technical support for Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Other Information
Pay starts at $10 an hour (1099 Position)
Full-time/Part-time/Sometimes
This is a fully remote position
You schedule your own hours
Training is 2 to 4 weeks unpaid then 2 weeks paid during nesting
