OLH, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager in Norco, CA.

 

Responsibilities:

Ability to supervise operations by developing plans and procedures, and execution of the logistical policies and procedures established by the Navy and DoD.

Assist the Command in conducting inventories aboard Corona Division and other designated locations.

Coordinate with departments to validate all KSDs and ERP/PDREP data entries are compliant with Navy standards relating to the receipt, accountability, and disposition.

Ability to effectively plan employees’ work scheduled and assign duties.

Ability to conduct required training to ensure employees understand all aspects of their position.

Ability to prepare and maintain work records and reports of information such as employee time and wages, daily receipts, or inspection results. 

Ability to resolve problems concerning transportation, receiving, storing, and issuing materials and supplies in the Navy ERP IT environment.

Ability to use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) to process Property Management/Inventory Management/Warehouse Management transactions and develop required reports.

Ability to effectively maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, training and safety records.

Comply with all OSHA and related Navy regulations and directives.

 

Requirements:

US Citizen

Valid US Drivers License

Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance is required; candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance are preferred.

BS Degree or its equivalent with experience (May be substituted with 5 years additional logistics experience AND 2 years Navy ERP experience).

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in logistics to include purchasing, transportation, receiving, storing, inventorying, packaging, shipping and disposing of materials and supplies, PLUS,

Minimum of five (5) years supervisory experience.

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the use of logistical/resource planning software (i.e. SAP, ERP), experience can be concurrent.

Thorough knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) in Property Management/Warehouse Management process modules

Thorough knowledge of DoD N-ERP property and inventory management systems is preferred.

Must be able to lift 85 lbs.
