On Halloween of 2007, Behavioral Connections began providing home-based and center-based medically necessary applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to all ages with language and social deficits. We use Skinner’s functional analysis of language to identify and develop the individual needs of each learner. We also offer educational ABA services through private pay and school contracts. Our purpose, our goal, our reason for existing is to get kids to talk. We started this company by providing direct effective interventions that all kids with disabilities deserve. We fight every day to articulate this, disseminate this, and motivate others to do the same.

We are currently hiring for New Bedford, North Dartmouth and Bridgewater.

About Role:-

• The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their
families by coordinating and providing services in Applied
Behavior Analysis, reduction procedures, and adaptive life
skills.
• A BCBA will also oversee and provide ongoing support and
supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it
relates to the implementation and documentation
associated with Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of
assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and
analyses.
• Maintain all data, paperwork, and communication.
• Review and sign off on behavior plan/treatment plan
training for all field staff and provide field supervision when
necessary.

About You:-

You will be a behavior analyst, with any amount of experience, who loves or is excited to learn about the following:
• Verbal Behavior
• Getting lots of training and support
• Working in a clinic/not being in a car all the time
• Focused on increasing (language) behavior rather than
decreasing behavior

Requirements:-

• Certified as BCBA
• Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age,
functionality, and with minimal direction
