We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Principal Product Management to join our Asset Account Services business within Treasury Services. This role is located in Wilmington, DE – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Lead a debit card fraud strategy team.
Using data and analytics to create and adjust fraud mitigation strategies.
Monitor portfolio performance and adjust as necessary.
Conduct monthly portfolio performance meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred
10-12 years of total work experience preferred
Sets the strategic direction of the fraud prevention and analytics team.
Manages team of fraud prevention professionals that support the development and oversight of fraud strategies using data and analytics.
Ensures that the team stays on top of the competitive landscape and trends in the industry
Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
