Full-time Recruitment Administrator

at Jobisite in Cardiff

mirus are looking for Recruitment Administrator to join our amazing team. The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience of working in Recruitment or high level administration, with a drive and passion reflective of our values. What are my general duties?
Be the first point of contact for candidates, colleagues and hiring managers, ensuring a personable and effective level of customer services are delivered. .
• Speaking with new colleagues to ensure they submit all the correct information and documentation to join mirus; in particular, references, ID documentation, staff details forms, right to work, signed contracts
• Sending of offer letters and contracts.
• Attend Recruitment Fairs, Job centre and Community hubs roughly 2-3 times a month.
• Professionally engage with candidates throughout the candidate journey ensuring they have a first-class candidate experience.
• Educate, inform and promote equality, diversity and inclusion in all activities and actions across the organisation.
What skills do I need to join?
The Recruitment Administrator is always dealing with people and therefore you must have the ability to adapt your communication; communicating in an effective manner and able to easily build repour. As we work in care each candidate must go through a vetting process and with this comes a level of administration so having strong administration skills is fundamental.
As you are required to attend recruitment fairs, job centres and our community hubs a full driving license is required.
In essence, you are responsible for proactively engaging with candidates and our stakeholders to recruit the right people at the right time whilst providing a first-class service in line with internal and external compliance standards.
FAQs
Are working hours flexible? mirus adopt an agile working policy you can work from home or one of our offices. We ask that you attend an office at least 2 days a week. Our core hours are 9-5, but with scope for discussions on that.
How much will I be expected to travel? The role will require infrequent travel from the Cardiff office or home address to other mirus offices; including Bridgend, Pontypool, Brecon, Swansea and Aberystwyth. There is an expectation to take part in Job Fairs, but these are normally scheduled in advance and consist of 1-2 per month.
What is the structure of the Recruitment Team? We are a fairly small team comprising of 5; HR Director, Recruitment & Retention Manager, 3 Recruitment Administrators (including you). Being a small team enables us to work well together as one team. We sit within a bigger Central Services team. mirus employees over 700 people throughout Wales.
What office space can I use? We are now working in an agile way which enables us to work flexibly to best suit the needs of each individual role. In this role you will have access to hot desks and collaboration spaces at our Cardiff Office and Bridgend office for day-to-day working, plus you can also work from home. However, we'd ask that 2 days a week you'd work from the office.
