I am an Independent Recruiting Agent for an established above ground pool company that operates in more than 80 sales markets nationwide. We are looking for professional sales representatives in your area with commission only or business to business sales experience to run appointments for customers that have already been PRE-APPROVED FOR LOANS. We advertise through commercials and on the internet. Customers call in requesting that we send a sales representative to them after seeing our advertisement. We schedule the appointments once they have been PRE-APPROVED for a loan.

Job Responsibilities:
-Must have COMMISSION ONLY sales or business to business sales experience
-Must be willing to start this Sunday or Wednesday
-Must have valid DL, SS card, valid auto insurance and reliable transportation
-Must be willing to run 2-3 credit approved appointments at least 6 days per week
-Must be willing to work on Saturday and Sunday (you can take a day off M-F)
-Must attend a 2 ½ day training class

Compensation:
-Pitch commission: $25.00 per product presentation. Average $300-$3500 per week.
-Pool sale commission: Average $600-$700 per pool sale. The average closing rate is 40-
50%so you can easily earn $2500-$3500 per week.
-BONUS: $150.00 per pool sale paid with cash and $100.00 per pool sale paid with financing paid on one check at the end of pool season which is August 15th.
