Manage Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC) team size of 60 MSS resource areas such as SOC, SOC tools, Endpoint Security, Threat Intel, and Vulnerability management.
Provide Mentorship, Support and utilize response technical skills to help build a strong Security team for the organization both Internal and External resources.
Manage Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC) to detect, mitigate & respond to all Cyber Security attacks against Global Infrastructure services and employees (including laptops, servers, manufacturing plants, data centers, Partners, Customers, and cloud ecosystems.
Drive and Manage Security Incident Investigation (performs triage on incidents that are reported by the SIEM or reported by the Monitory/Regulatory authority.
Provide day-to-day leadership for the Cyber Security Operations and Drive technical strategic direction of the Security Operations solution and mature Cyber Security Analytics platform, Security incident response & remediation process and measure the effectiveness.
Ensure that the technology roadmap effectively detects Cyber Security threats (malware, phishing attacks, etc.) in end-user machines, servers, and machines in all global manufacturing plants Endpoints, Data Centers & Network.
Responsible for SOC Integrate all IT assets into SIEM for Central monitoring, including log baseline review, and management reports.
Responsible for capturing the Use case tuning requirements, implementing use cases to reduce false positives, and preparing management reports.
Implement required technologies and continuously analyze mission requirements to evolve the Security Operations infrastructure to run SOC effectively.
Implement a technological approach to proactively detect and mitigate any Cyber Security threats and Cyber Risk posture.
Identify Crown Jewels across all functions and implement the right level of protection to secure the most critical,
Publish and Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and ad Hoch report on the security posture with necessary metrics to senior management.
Track Cyber security incident related KPIs & metrics and report the necessary metrics to senior management.
Conduct a Quality Audit for investigated incident by team and recommend for necessary improvement.
Track and Publish Cyber Security Risk Dashboard to communicate Cyber Security risks to senior management and work proactively to identify and remediate the risks.
Track and Participate in Change Management and Problem Management as a Security point of contact.
Collaborate with Security Partner, Infra Partner, and Customer SOC requirements on Security Incident response and identify the risks & mitigate the threat.
Execute and Lead Tabletop exercises to test the effectiveness of processes.
Report management knowledge to collate risks from different technologies such as malware detection, perimeter protection devices &vulnerability management.
Establish monthly performance reviews to monitor the effectiveness of services & ensure that services are delivered as per agreed SOW, SLAs, KPIs & Adherence to resolution/response SLA time.
Expert Area

1- People Management

Should have good experience in selecting, hiring, training, and onboarding technical teams for all levels of MSS SOC.

Should have good knowledge of Technical Team Management

2- Project Management

Should have good knowledge of managing projects with big clients and big budget.

Should have good knowledge and experience in Client management, and customer satisfaction in case of Service delivery.

Should have good experience in increasing service portfolio to clients based on customer satisfaction and trust.

Should have a good knowledge of new technologies and be able to introduce and induct in running new projects.

3- Experience

Minimum 10 years of technical background

Minimum 5 years of SOC experience working at different levels.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience to lead an MSS (Managed Security Services)

Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience in Technical Project Management.

Good knowledge and experience in risk management.

4- Education and Certifications

Master’s degree in cyber security from a reputed university

Certified Project Management Professional

Certified Risk Management/Risk analyst

Should have Certification of CISSP or CISM

Should hold certification or proven knowledge of information security auditing.

Should have Cyber Security relevant Certifications.

Should hold certification or knowledge related to Information Security Leadership
