We are currently hiring experienced, tech-savvy and motivated agents to assist clients with buying, selling and renting properties throughout the DFW area. We have a significant online presence and capture hundreds of leads weekly through our organic search engine authority and targeted pay per click campaigns including new registrations, call ins, property inquiries, requested showings, text leads and more. Our agents receive daily leads including buyers needing to purchase, owners wanting to sell their home and tenants in search of residential homes and apartment for rent.

Our goal is to assist with increasing your own personal leads/business while supplementing your income with broker provided leads. We will provide you with one of the best lead/contact management systems in North Texas along with the tools, resources, and training necessary to develop a solid strategy that will allow you to close more transactions and increase your income. You will have access to training guides, videos, webinars, Q & A Forum and other resources that will help with navigating and mastering our CRM, building your own website and online presence and ultimately assist with closing more personal and broker provided leads.

DFW Real Estate Agent Requirements:

- Computer, Fax, Internet Access
- NTREIS, Rental Locating Software
- Ability to work from Home
- Member of MetroTex Association of Realtors
- Tech-savvy, Motivated personality
- 1+ year Experience assisting clients with buying, selling & renting properties
- Experience contacting, converting, closing leads.
