Role - PEGA PRPC Business Analyst

Job Description:

? A result oriented Business Analyst with experience in delivery /
project management of leading global teams in delivering complex, mission
critical initiatives in Banking, Telecom, Retail and Automotive Industries.

? Skilled in stakeholder?s analysis, management and communication
by working with senior business sponsors and technical specialists. Acted
as a liaison between the business and development teams.

? Expertise in PEGA PRPC v8.x and above, Experience in conducting
DCO Sessions with clients to gather and conclude the requirements with any
gap

? Experience in user requirements gathering, use case design and
analysis, business processes, work flow diagrams, process flows and
technical documentation.

? Experience in PEGA Warranty Framework

? Extensive experience of Software Development experience in
Design, Development and Deployment of Information Systems.

? Experience in handling Data Mapping activities between legacy and
proposed new application

? Experience in building wireframes to showcase/display the To Be
state

? Experience encompassing multiple areas of technology and team
management including systems architecture design, software design, software
development, web and rich internet application development.

? Skilled in mapping client?s business requirements and translating
these requirements into functional specifications, services,
implementations and custom designing solutions.

? Extensive experience in gathering, documenting and analyzing
business requirements and worked on many project methodologies like
Waterfall and Agile-Scrum.
