Reporting and PRISM Consultant

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Solutioning and building Workday Reports and PRISM
Responsible for continued support for design and configuration of Reporting and PRISM area
Responsible for identifying the risks, providing deliverables updates
Responsible for coordination with other functional streams to cover all touchpoints
Responsible for Optimizing Reporting and PRISM functionality and process design to meet the changing needs of the business and ensure a consumer-like end-user experience
Accountable to assess and manage dependencies (activities, milestones, resources) across Analytics environment
Required Skills:

Ability to work on internal and matrix based organization
Cross Functional expertise and strong leadership
Strong communication skills in cross functional and multi-culture projects
Implementation background
Ability to drive for results and meet project deadlines
Workday HCM, Financials, Advanced Reporting and PRISM Certifications
