Position: SAP S4 Hana/ OTC Consultant

Type: Contract



Job Description:



· 8+ years minimum experience in SAP OTC configuration and
programming leadership with recent hands-on experience ? preferred. Lead
development, testing, planning and execution of SAP Configuration for SAP
OTC

· Preferred 5+ years of SAP Apparel and Footwear or Consumer
Products industry either through SAP AFS, FMS, or S4 Fashion

· Experience with hands-on functional and configuration experience
including functional specification of WRICEF including integration points

· Experienced in implementation and rollout experience in either
S/4 AFS/Fashion projects having successfully executed multiple SAP Retail
full life cycle implementation projects.

· Hands on customizing experience is a must.

· Broad working knowledge in SAP is required. Experience in the SAP
S/4 HANA platform is required.

· Deep working knowledge of Merchandising Retail industry and
Fashion industry business processes is strongly preferred.

· Have sound knowledge of Sales and Distribution process and
integration with Materials Management side

· Experience with SAP Fashion, including Master Data, segmentation,
season, VAS, Allocation run , Distribution curve , PSST, MSO,
characteritic value conversion Management, is mandatory

· Customer Service, Customer Master, Pricing, Order Management,
Delivery Processing, Logistics/Distribution, Billing, Sales, Sales
Reporting, Returns, STO, Inventory, Customer EDI and Reporting

· SAP S4 Fashion / FMS / AFS Configuration: Allocations,
Rescheduling, VAS, etc

· Contracts, Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Logistics Execution,
Billing, Account Determination, Output Control

· Good Understanding og the local Taxation of US based on pricing
Procedure

· The role requires focused skills in process validation,
configuration, development, testing, planning, and execution of the
following:

· Experience in Agile Methodology is strongly preferred.

· Integration Testing

· Cutover planning and execution

· Functional Specifications (WRICEF)

· Integration to external partners and other internal systems
including eCommerce, EDI, WMS Solutions and B2B Integration

· Integration test planning and execution

· Multiple SAP lifecycle implementations preferred ?
Blueprint/Blueprint, Build/Test, Go-Live and Support

· Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain
professional relationships

· Demonstrates strong command of the English language both written
and verbal

· Should have experience in AMS Projects (Incident Management,
Service Request & Change Management)

· Good knowledge and experience in preparing Functional
specification documents and Z developments like Reports, Conversions, User
Exits, Interfaces, Workflows, etc.

· Strengths include strong understanding of the business enterprise
processes and skills to provide effective SAP solutions according to the
business requirements

· Effective Interaction with the business and IT users to
understand the AS-IS processes and mapping them with the new to-be
processes modeled in SAP.

· Hands on experience in various data migration techniques like
Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BDC, BAPI, etc.

· Working knowledge of MS office (Excel and Words), Power point
Presentation
