Sr Finance Partnering Analyst

As a Sr Finance Analyst, you will use your finance expertise to build partnerships with the business and help drive the business strategy and decision-making process with financial analysis and insights.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization

P&L understanding and Management (Business Performance and Risk Mitigation)

Delivering value by pro-actively seeking improvement of current processes to provide better and faster Finance support to multiple stakeholders

Reconciling activities across different financial systems and troubleshooting if errors occur

Partnering with multiple stakeholders, including Finance brand management, Contracting & Operations, Pricing Strategy etc.

Demonstrating Cross function matrix navigation & management

Keeping key stakeholders informed of financial changes impacting business

Assisting with Market/Business Unit Strategy, supporting development of overall strategy for Business Unit and contributing to strategic business plan

Assisting with Management presentations

Supporting ad-hoc projects and special requests as needed.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (or other degrees with strong Finance components)

Understanding of financial systems and processes

Demonstrated ability to provide effective financial management for a complex organization using technical expertise and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Advanced degree in finance

4+ years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting

Effective knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley

Developing effective working relationships and to achieve the partnership status with your business
