Scientist Downstream Protein Purification Process Development Research U-HPLC ELISA qPCR Bioreactor Chromatography mAbs Lenti mRNA DNA AAVs Recombinant Protein _ .

Biotechnology industry leader seeks an experienced Scientist to develop scalable purification processes for Viral Vectors, Proteins, and similar in support of vaccine development and cGMP production.

Candidate will utilize analytical techniques such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Sodium Dodecyl (lauryl) Sulfate- Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis, Bradford, Endotoxin methods, and similar.

Activities:

Design, develop, and validate processes for separation, identification, and characterization.

Evaluate various resins, analytical methods, and filters for protein purification.

Support technology transfer to manufacturing.

Develop test methods and process controls.

Required:

3+ years of Downstream Process Development, cGMP Manufacturing, or similar experience.
