Assist the Marketing team by coordinating and executing the company’s marketing, communications, and public relations activities. Key to this role include exemplary delivery of social media tactics, campaign development and deployment, communication strategies, coordinating public relations activities, sponsorships and events, and other marketing related project management. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will have opportunities to:

-Ensures that marketing promotions meet or exceed set objectives by collaborating with the Marketing Analytics team to gauge campaign performance and report ROI.
-Creating social content for current and ongoing campaigns on a weekly basis. Having knowledge of social media terms, trends, reporting, and general understanding of ads and policy.
-Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action.
-Ensure the marketing department is providing transparency, accountability, and data-driven research in pursuit of company business goals and objectives.
-Lead in developing, implementing, evaluating and administrating company marketing campaigns working within guidelines of annual marketing calendar to promote consumer and business lending products, mortgages, deposits, e-services etc.
-Manage projects related to all financial products including developing and implementing marketing plans for product launches and product updates.
-Innovative marketing writing may be needed for elements such as blogs, press releases, website content and emails.
-Work independently and with designated ad agencies to oversee media placement.
-Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Physical Requirements:

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 4-6 hours per day. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled private office with minimal noise. Mental and/or Emotional Requirements. Must be able to perform job functions independently and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to plan and direct the work activities of self and others. Must be able to read and carry out various complicated written and oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines /requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.

Experience:

Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school equivalent to approximately 64 credit hours. Four-year college degree preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Home Office products, Adobe Acrobat, social platforms, CRM software such as Marketo or other is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills:

The ability to motivate or influence inside or outside senior level personnel is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust. Obtaining cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequent material presentations and a professional level of written communication skills are essential to the position.

Other Skills:

Extremely strong written abilities, with consideration of creative writing preferred. Ability to work independently with a high level of critical thinking skills. Comfortable with new digital technology, social media, and reporting. Detail oriented.
