1.  Job Summary:

Camp Kitchen Staff Camp Menogyn 

Assists in preparing and serving healthy and nutritious meals to camp participants and groups.
Utilizes leftover food in meal preparations as appropriate and safe to minimize waste.
Documents and reports when inventory quantities are low in stockroom, freezer and cooler. 
Maintains clean and safe kitchen work areas, stockroom, freezer, refrigerator, dining room, dish room and loading dock in accordance with State of Minnesota health regulations. 
Practices personal hygiene and cleanliness in handling food.

 3.  Relationships:

This position reports to the Camp Food Service Manager who reports to the Camp Program or Executive Director. This position may take work direction from the Cook. The incumbent interacts regularly with kitchen workers, campers, participants, volunteers, and staff.
