• Understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow application suite – ITSM, ITBM, ITOM etc.
• Utilize knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
• Deliver on commitments (high quality, on budget, on time) while working on multiple projects concurrently.
• Comfortable relating openly, honestly, and consistently with diverse groups of people
• Act decisively for improvement in both projects and in the organization including addressing urgent, time sensitive, or critical issues
• Use leadership skills to align project and department goals with the organization's and sponsor's goals
