RNB Mortgage specializes in residential mortgage loans. We are seeking 15 highly motivated loan officers to join our expansive team. We show you how to expand your business by networking with real estate agents and posting organic ads in thriving social media sites.

Compensation: 80/20 or 85/15 split, depending on experience and prior loan production.

BENEFITS: RNB Mortgage trains you how to close more sales via networking with real estate agents and posting your own organic ads. We provide you with an unlimited database of agent phone numbers for you to text. Then, via live or recorded webinars, you show agents how to market themselves with organic posting on social media in return for mortgage leads. It’s a win-win situation! To further increase your loan production, we train you how to post unlimited organic ads in the hottest social media website, Tik Tok. In addition, we are affiliated with lenders that offer the lowest interest rates, including UWM and Caliber. Last, free CRM provided. LOS not needed, as processor will submit your loans and handle all PTD and PTF conditions, except for borrower communications. 14 day closes possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Inviting real estate agents to attend free (live or recorded) webinar.
Originating Loans – converting leads into clients.
Capable of analyzing credit reports, income, and asset documents, and can properly structure a loan.
Gathering information from the client and taking each file from application to closing.
Inputting proper loan information into the system for processing.
Ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and aligns with company policy.
Consistent and clear communication with the clients on loan status.
Consult with clients about current and future needs to help achieve their financial goals.
Structure appropriate loan options to present to clients.
Loan Officer experience preferred with knowledge of conventional, government, conforming, and non-conforming loan programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be currently licensed with the DRE or BRE for the past 12 months. No exceptions.
-NMLS no exceptions.
-Must have closed 3 mortgage loans in the past 12 months. No exceptions.
-Remote only
