We are a fast-growing entertainment startup seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant to support our team. The Assistant will work closely with the CEO and other members of the team to ensure smooth operations and help drive the success of the company.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO and team
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events
Manage and maintain the company's calendar and schedule
Assist with research and data analysis
Handle and direct incoming calls and emails
Assist in preparation of presentations and reports
Manage and maintain the company's contacts database
Provide general office management support
Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus
Passion for entertainment industry is a plus
