DUTIES OVERVIEW
• Post jobs on various platforms
• Conduct interviews
• Vet for talent
• Guide new hires
• Work both together with other HR agents and independently on job forums.
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY
• Career Opportunities and Job Posting Experience and ability to get results with AQ training guides
• Human Resources and Management Experience and ability to relate emotionally with all AQ Team employees and gain useful data to help all AQ Team departments improve.
• Familiarity or willingness to master using: Asana, Discord, Slack, Various Job Hosting sites, JotForm surveys, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Keynote, YouTube training, Google Drive and more.
• Preferred but not required Certifications in Human Resources, Management, Recruitment, Interview hosting, etc.
• Must be: Fluent in English. Have a flexible schedule. Willing to be paid based on results. Willing to accept USD, or crypto (we can train you on crypto if you are new).
• Ability to demonstrate diplomacy, sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality.
