Customer Service/Administrative Assitant

at Jobisite in Illinois

This position will be responsible for providing customer service and office administrative works in a professional manner. This is a firm mainly run by phone calls and emails with a friendly atmosphere and an international presence. The overall objective is to seek someone who is a team player and create positive synergy to the company.

- Professional communication skills with phone and email, address day to day customer needs and request
- Needs to prepare quotes and other Customer Service duties
- Invoicing and other accounts receivable duties
- Order supplies and keep the office organized
- Maintain customer records up to date
- Other administrative assistance

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Must be organized, detail-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks
Adaptability for fast-paced situations
Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing
Team player with collaborative style and good listening skills
Fluent MS Office skills, familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Experience in industrial supply business is a plus

Full-time Position
8 hours ( 8:30am~5pm)
Monday to Friday
Salary: $42K (negotiable)
