Junior Business Planning & Analysis Associate – Global Client Management

Job Description:

The Global Client Management team is looking for an ambitious, action-oriented Business Planning & Analysis Associate to help:

Support the overall program management
Build out robust and performant foundational data sources, connecting diverse data sources
Increase report production efficiency and capacity for existing and new requirements
Work with technology to build tools that provide data and analytics availability at point of need
Increase capacity to focus more effectively on innovating new, proactive insightful analysis
Increase confidence in analytics data accuracy and completeness
Lay the foundations needed for automation of reporting and report delivery
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current and emerging opportunities across the bank
Help drive accountability across the organization by leading execution-oriented processes
Help with the overall project and program management for a complex global multi-LOB initiative
Drive business growth through data mining and advanced analytics
Skills:

Logical thinker with demonstrably strong analytical skills
Strong power point skills
Expert Excel skills
Understanding of CRM applications.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Capability to work in both Lifecyle and Agile environments
Capacity to multi-task, prioritize and quickly change priorities
Willingness and comfort with working in a high paced environment
Problem-solving skills and a desire to make their mark in the organization
Qualifications:

3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in lieu of some experience may be considered.
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, bachelors degree preferred.
