Lead Java Engineer Product Development
Client Engineers are hands-on coders as well as high-level designers and thinkers - they are responsible for developing a deep understanding of our existing platform, enhancing the platform and integrations between various systems.
Responsibilities

Develops architectural solutions for complex features in Java technologies.
• Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems.
• Develop creative, robust, scalable, and reusable strategies to support business needs.
• Leads and supports the team, in designing and implementing features.
• Mentors and guides the development team.
• Helps stakeholders and product owners in translating ideas into requirements and provides sound technical solutions.
• Provides guidance and collaborates with peers and cross platform teams.
• Coordinate and Interface between US and India teams
• Flexibility in work timings to coordinate with India team
• Occasional travel maybe needed to visit client offices

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience building efficient, maintainable, robust, and scalable applications.
• 5+ years of experience with building XML/JASON REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with NoSQL, DynamoDB, MySQL.
• 3+ years of experience in leading the teams and features end to end.
• Experience with Application/Service security and authentication is desired.
• Should be familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
• Experience with Spring Boot will be preferred.
• Strong advocate of disciplined software development.
• Proven ability to build unit tests, tracking code coverage and security scanning.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in configuration management using GIT, issue tracking, estimation, and Agile practices.
• Experience with shared development on/offshore.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
