I am seeking a sales assistant manager for 5 days during the week (Monday to Friday), working approximately 2-3 hours a day, except Thursdays, where a second shift in the night is required.
Schedule (Eastern Standard Time):
Monday: 2-3 hours  flexible afternoon hours
Tuesday: 2-3 hours  flexible afternoon hours
Wednesday: 2-3 hours  flexible afternoon hours
Thursday: 2-3 hours flexible afternoon hours(break) then an additional 3 hours in the night (8PM EST - 11PM EST)
Friday: 2-3 hours  flexible afternoon hours
This is a long term position with the opportunity for full-time hours.
I am seeking a candidate with STRONG English and great communication skills. This is a customer service position which requires organization, problem solving, and quick learning.
Candidate is responsible for:
replying to emails
following up with messages
data entry
Instagram and Facebook direct message and comment monitoring
replying to SMS marketing
monitoring a live chat (Thursday night shift)
Some of the apps you will use are: Trello, Slack, Outlook, Hubstaff, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, SimpleTexting, Facebook, Instagram, Microsoft Excel, WebinarJam
