Operations Manager

Responsibilities -

As an operations manager, we expect you to examine the company’s resource management and look for ways to boost employee motivation, productivity, and engagement. You are expected to have essential experience in monitoring the overall budget of the business as well as departmental budgets, setting up and monitoring employee schedules, Keeping track and managing data of on-site projects and field operations, and analyzing these data to calculate the cost-benefit ratio. Establish objectives for increased returns and improved efficiency, resolving disputes between departments about resources. Foresee and resolve inventory management concerns.

Requirement and skills -

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. printers).
Familiarities with email scheduling tools, like Outlook and slack.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to suggest improvements.
