Admin & Accounts Assistant
at Jobisite in Selangor
Job Responsibilities: -
1) To perform administrative office tasks
2) Handle accounts receivables and accounts payable
3) Correspond with suppliers on contracts and orders
4) Assists in HR related tasks
5) Maintain filing and record keeping
6) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements: -
Possess at least SPM / Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
