Advertising Sales Agent – Commission ONLY

Building Local Businesses. One New Resident at a Time!
This is a remote outside sales position.
We are looking for career oriented outside sales professionals with strong ties to the community who seek flexibility and freedom and value the opportunity to develop a residual income-based business. Interested candidates need to have a measurable over-achievement sales and marketing track record. Advertising sales experience and new resident marketing experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
People with the following attributes make for ideal candidates:
· 2 yrs experience in outside sales experience required
· Passion for selling and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, very high activity business
· Advertising sales and New Mover marketing experience preferred (not required)
· Thrives on working with minimal supervision
· Relentless at maintaining focus to meet advertising sales objectives
· Demonstrable communication and presentation skills
· The ability to creatively sell advertising at all decision-making levels
· Superior organizational skills
· Have own transportation, home office, computer, etc.
Authorized Sales Program:
· Exclusive Protected Territory
· Customer exclusivity – Customer has no competition in the program
· Aggressive commission plan – equates to 40% plus (Commission Only)
· Commissions paid for life of account – no cap on earnings
· Home based business
· Extensive initial training program and monthly discretionary training courses
· Many sales tools and programs are provided to help you prospect
Job Duties: Cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales etc.
