-Define the Financial Institutions segment strategy and execution plan for Treasury Services (Cash Management, Trade Finance) focusing on Greater China and North Asia region
Accountable for sales goals with the assigned markets
-Formulate campaign and initiatives tailored for respective market to meet the financial targets of the year
-Lead the sales process together with Treasury Service Relationship managers to accelerate the revenue realization
-Manage large and complex deals, and identification of new deals/prospects
-Contribute to the Bank’s global and APAC strategy and business development by bringing local market intelligence, knowledge, insights and experience
-Work with stakeholders, such as product management, credit and compliance to tailor solutions for Financial Institution segment clients
-Continually evaluate client needs and ensure sustained client engagement
-Experience in KYC/AML risk and control processes for Banks
