Building Maintenance Mechanic
PeopleReady ofSouth Gate, CA is now hiring Building Maintenance Mechanics! As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the entire property.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16.50 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Building Maintenance Mechanic:

• Dusting of horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Sweeping and spot mopping floors.
• Cleaning of restrooms as needed.
• Stripping and waxing floors.

Available shifts:
Shift Timings:2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:

• Minimum one year of general maintenance work experience preferred
• Own tools of the trade and be able to bring them to the jobsite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge and experience with floor machines preferred but not required.
• Drug screen required
• Background Check Required
