Position Title: Restaurant Sales Representative

Location: 100% REMOTE 
Compensation: 100% Commission-based with unlimited earning potential

Rush Hours is looking to add a Restaurant Sales Representative to our team. This is an unique opportunity to work within restaurant sales by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and managing these through the sales lifecycle. This contractor role is 100% commission-based, meaning that you have flexibility in work hours/load and the opportunity to grow long-term with our startup as we acquire clients in our early stages of operations.

Rush Hours is an order optimization tool that works with restaurants’ existing POS systems to give guests the power to order and pay on their mobile device, while reducing staff workload. Our goal is to help restaurants: reduce wait time and increase table turnover, simplify checking out for guests and staff, and increase opportunities for profit.

What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct outbound calls to restaurants, bars, and food trucks to sell them on partnering with Rush Hours and sign up for our product
Identify new leads within the assigned market based on Rush Hours’ target profile
Engage with leads to identify & understand specific business concerns/difficulties, then communicate how Rush Hours solves these concerns
Learn and understand the Rush Hours product, including all features and how Rush Hours benefits restaurants
Guide restaurants through the entire sales process from introduction to onboarding
Demonstrate high energy and bring a positive attitude to your daily responsibilities

Required Skills
1 year sales experience required, 2 years preferred
1 year cold calling experience is a plus
Knowledge of bar and restaurant operations is a plus
Must be willing to learn about the restaurant industry
