Mail Dispatcher

at Jobisite in United States Of America

We are seeking for an individual that will handle mail processing and dispatching via USPS.

- Individual will be handling Mail sorts and dispatching via USPS.
- Individual is expected to update and complete all daily logs and prepare the operational sheets for the next day.
- Individual will assist with the daily morning dispatch. Individual will record, log and track packages accordingly.
- Individual will be creating printing shipping labels in order to process and ship mails according to customer requests.
- Individual may require cross-training online in order to learn the mail distribution process.

Note: This position is a part time remote position and can be executed anywhere in the United State.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Drivers License preferred.
• Ability to print mails accurately on A4 paper and various paper available
• 6 months to 1 year experience in mail handling
• Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point. is an added advantage
• Must adhere to privacy and code of conduct.
