Busamed Lowveld Private Hospital is looking for a suitably qualified customer-orientated person to provide timeous, efficient front-line services to patients and visitors. The position encompasses pre-admission, admission, reception, data capture and switchboard duties, ensuring a friendly stress-free admission process and frontline patient liaison. The position also includes the accurate capturing of patient data.

Job Requirements:
• At least 2 years experience working in the same/similar position.
• Knowledge of admision processes on SAP system.
• Previous experience working in a private hospital – Advantageous
• Capacity to implement and maintain professional and qilaity standards when dealing with patients and visitors.
• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
• Certificate in Office Admin and Custormer Care – Advantageous
• Computer Literacy essential
• Fluent communication in English essential
• Fluent in Portugues – highly adventageous
• Be willing to uphold the Busamed Values
