Blossoms Montessori School is seeking for energetic, caring and compassionate teachers for our Toddler and Primary Classrooms.

We are committed to provide excellent education and care for children enrolled in our Montessori program. Our goal is to enhance the lives of children and prepare them through Montessori education, for all the challenges that lie ahead. Who you are:
Montessori/Early childcare experience (Preferred)
AMS / AMI Montessori Certification (Required)
Students working on Montessori Diploma are encouraged to apply
Competent and confident
Pleasant and friendly personality
Strong Communication skills, written and verbal communication with parents
Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice
Able to work with others harmoniously

Some of the things you'll be doing include…
Ensure that Montessori curriculum is appropriately implemented in the classrooms specifically aligned to the developmental level of the children
Enhance learning through creative use of Montessori materials
Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic environment where learning happens
Maintain regular communication with parents
Attend curriculum meetings three times per year. Confer with parents on a regular basis to discuss the development of their enrolled children
Maintain a system of home-school communication e.g. daily reports and school newsletter
Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times
