Full-time B2B Inside Sales Representative

Job Descriptions:
• Convert leads into customers
• This B2B inside sales representative will be responsible for achieving sales goals, facilitating funding solutions, and maintaining communication throughout the funding process with the merchants.
• Exceeding monthly sales quotas through sales to existing as well as new merchants.
• Attend and participate in sales seminars and sales meetings to develop sales skills
• Generate and secure new business to business (B2B) sales revenue by prospecting and adding new merchants by networking and cold calling.
• Close sales by overcoming objections
• This role focuses on establishing long-term relationships with merchants.
• Attain sales targets/KPIs in a timely matter.
• Efficiently updating merchant information in the CRM.
• Collecting financial documentation and other business documents.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Track and report on all leads within the pipeline
• Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions
• Complete projects as allocated by upper management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills: including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
• No sales experience required, ongoing sales training is provided
• GED or high school diploma (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year sales experience within the industry (not required)

Preferred:
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Familiarity with CRM practices
• Experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry (not required)
• Sale Experience: 1 year sales experience
• Customer Service: 1 year


$500 - $750 sign on bonus
