Summary
Vista Capital is a rapidly expanding alternative financing company located in Aventura, FL. We provide different financial products such as Merchant Cash Advances, Lines of Credit, Term Loans, SBA’s, and Equipment financing to Small Business Owners throughout the U.S. As a direct funder/ Brokerage and non-bank private financial institution, we have the flexibility and speed to tailor financial products to each client’s needs. We provide valuable training and all the necessary tools to be successful in this fast-growing financial market with a great working environment.

Responsibilities:
• Works well independently along with being able to collaborate with our sales team
• Manages inbound and outbound sales calls
• Strong follow-up and time management skills
• Meet daily metrics and monthly targets making at least 120 calls per day to potential clients that have contacted us for information
• Become familiar with financing options available to small-mid-size businesses
• Learn and understand the details of business finance products including business loans, merchant cash advances and lines of credit
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Ability to form and sustain relationships with small business owners
• Assisting the Senior Funding Advisor in closing deals
• Sales Originators are also required to follow set protocols and business practices to efficiently work leads, track the flow of information, and accurately document all outcomes

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some Sales experience, but not required
• Must have excellent communications skills
• Technologically savvy
• CRM experience is a plus; training will be provided
• Relationship management or account management experience a plus
• Strong cold-calling skills or a desire to learn
• Ability to take initiative and be resourceful
• Experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry (not required)
• Able to be in office, this is not a remote position
• Monday to Friday
• Base + Commission pays

$500-$750 sign on bonus
