Customer/Rider Relations

As an E-commerce and logistics company, MasterMovers needs reliable, responsible, and people-oriented individuals who can assist in addressing the concerns of both the company’s consumers and staff and ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the company.
𝗧𝗔𝗦𝗞S:
1) Address the concerns of the customers and hire our riders (both through the admin app).
2) Provide quality customer representative experience.
3) Evaluate and hire the riders through our admin app.
4) Fix the necessary documents related to riders (if any) in Government agencies.
5) Must have a pleasing attitude and great team player.
𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡S:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or any related course is accepted, depending on the interview and school standing. Must have at least 1-2 years of experience.
2) Must have excellent communication skills, preferably fluent in both English and Filipino languages.
3) Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
4) Must be flexible to work from home and Las Pinas office
5) Must have a pleasing attitude and great team player.
