The starting pay for this position is up to $18.00 per hour. This includes opportunities for overtime pay, advancement in the company, as well as health insurance, dental, vision, and a matching 401K retirement package. Amistee will provide a vehicle, gas card, and uniforms. An aggressive monthly bonus pay structure is available and based on additional services sold.

Amistee is searching for an Assistant Insulation Technician to join our team! Technicians will be performing residential and commercial installation and removal jobs. Previous insulation experience is not required, we will provide on-the-job training! We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and can learn quickly. Candidates must be available Monday - Saturday. A typical work week is 40-50 hours each week.

As an Assistant Insulation Technician, you will be responsible for loading insulation and material in the truck for the daily scheduled jobs. You will be handling blown cellulose and fiberglass insulation as well as batted and spray foam insulation. Technicians must be comfortable working in crawl spaces or attics.

Applicants must have a clean driving record, be able to pass our pre-employment background check, have the ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
