Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: San Francisco, CA 94111
Contract: 12+ Months

Please note, this is a hybrid schedule, some weeks may request you to work an extra day or a little later due to an event. This is a true supportive role, you won't be running your own events, but down the road they may start letting the candidate manage on their own, if they show promise. This has the potential to be a permanent position for the right contractor.
The Marketing and Communications group provides the tools, resources and guidance to support our bankers and wealth managers in growing existing client relationships and building new ones. We serve as a strategic partner to our stakeholders in helping to maintain a best-in-class Net Promoter Score through safeguarding and promoting our brand of exceptional client service.
What you’ll do as a Marketing Coordinator:
• Work closely with regional marketing to support the San Francisco regional marketing strategy as needed; this role provides exposure to and the opportunity to learn about the different areas of regional marketing; sales colleague support and client engagement event marketing.
• Provide admin support to team as needed
• Work closely with Regional Marketing Director and Senior Event Manager to support the client engagement marketing strategy as needed
• Work with client engagement and marketing managers to create virtual event timelines and execution plans, including list management, invite creation and follow up.
• Assist with all aspects of virtual and in-person event planning, creative, production and logistics
• Project manage development of marketing content and presentation needs of regional projects
• This role can be a stepping stone position for someone interested in pursuing a career within the marketing organization in a permanent role and as such will be working on a variety of projects across the group.
What skills you will use:
• Superior organizational and time management skills, ability to multi task projects and multiple calendars; works well under pressure, thriving under tight deadlines.
• Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to effectively problem solve and navigate complex processes and situations.
• Highly proficient knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel applications.
• Knowledgeable in Zoom Webinar function and WebEx
• Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented and approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive and appropriate urgency.
• Collaborative and “hands-on” team player who builds strong relationships internally and externally.
• Always presents an approachable and professional demeanor to internal and external partners.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Marketing experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:
•Vision must be sufficient to read data reports, manuals and computer screens.
•Hearing must be sufficient to understand a conversation at a normal volume, including telephone calls and in person.
•Speech must be coherent to clearly convey or exchange information, including the giving and receiving of assignments and/or directions.
•Position involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
•Must be able to travel in a limited capacity.
