Full-time Data Input Administrator - Client Services Delivery

at BNY Mellon in Liverpool

What we do:

Based in Cash Operations in Liverpool, role is in the Data Input Team. Looking after the centralised input of ledger movements for internal and external clients and processing of Cash Sheets & Journals via auto upload or manual input/ verification.

Also providing cover within the Cheque Management Team as and when required.

The successful candidate will:

Demonstrate strong keyboard skills and be responsible for the following activities through Team checklist:

Handling and processing of Auto journals
Data Input - Cash Sheets & Journals
Review previous nights processing, Open Batch reports & Service Centre review
Compilation of daily stats
Auditing data and sampling
Queries and mailbox management
Monthly activites
Cross training and support for Cheque Management
Project support as and when required
Experience & Qualifications:

Excellent keyboard skills and attention to detail
Technical and functional knowledge as required for the role
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office products with an advanced knowledge of excel
Great communication skills
