Title: Client Service Associate - Badge and Network
Work Location: Boston MA, Los Angeles CA, San Francisco CA, or Newport Beach CA
Contract: Long Term

Note: This is a hybrid contract of 3 days onsite 2 days remote from day one.

Duties and Responsibilities
What you’ll do as an Eagle Invest Client Service Associate:
• Communicate with clients in a professional, knowledgeable manner
• Act as conduit between clients and BlackRock operations to resolve client inquiries, concerns, and problems effectively and in a timely manner
• Respond proactively and independently to the individualized needs of the client via phone and email. Must be able to react to time pressure and difficult situations appropriately
• Assist in identifying, communicating, and resolving engineering bugs and areas for improvement in the Eagle Invest product and service model
• Participate in internal projects and special assignments as Contribute to the department as a whole with an emphasis on teamwork
• Familiarity with or ability to be trained on Fidelity Advisor Portal, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, DocuSign and other software solutions integrated with our technology partner
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e., Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.). Identify and report suspicious activity to the AML officer

Qualifications
You could be a great fit if you have:
• At least 2 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interface with clients, prospects, custodians, and colleagues
• Use of considerable tact and discretion when dealing with client or sensitive data
• Excellent organizational, communication (both verbal and written), and client relationship management skills (whether interaction is in person, over the telephone or via email)
• Exceptional problem-solving proficiency
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced sales-oriented environment (maybe demanding or unstructured work environment)
• Proven ability to handle pressure, multi-task and prioritize work at all times.
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Working knowledge of securities industry, broad understanding of capital markets, their practices on how products trade, settle and are invested
• Understand the Bank’s structure and identify opportunities to utilize Bank resources to meet client’s needs
• Fully understand the white glove First Republic Bank service model
• Ability to work remotely from their main team/information center and independently under minimal supervision
• Innovative and vocal about changes needed to better the product, both internally and externally for the clients
• Strong troubleshooting/technology skills
• Knowledge of all MS office applications with ability to display proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel

Job Demands:
• Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
• Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person
