Expense Report Administrator - PART TIME - 2732

Three Saints Bay, LLC a government contractor and industry leader, is seeking a PART TIME Expense Report Administrator to join our Team in Manassas, VA.
Qualified Candidates will be expected to:
Process expense reports on a daily basis ensuring that payments are made within 2 days of receipt to the accounting department
Assisting in setting up new users and manage approval matrix in Concur System.
Support internal customers with travel and expense processing and analysis.
Audit, and release expense reports for payment in SAP Concur ensuring adherence to company policy.
Provide policy training and guidance and serve as key point of contact for all Concur expense training and inquiries.
Assist in the preparation and data gathering for external audits as well as internal audits.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities as it relates to the Concur expense management and credit cards.
Create reports, queries and analyses for Senior Management related to T&E policy and compliance.
Position Requirements:
Eligible to work in the US.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of relevant experience.
This is a PART-TIME opportunity.
Position located in Manassas, VA.
