Sales Middle Manager Needed

at Jobisite in Agusan del Norte

Responsibilities:
Motivate and manage sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Monitor and track the team's sales targets.
Coordination of all efforts to achieve goals
Report on sales metrics and identify any team bottlenecks.
Accept the daily/weekly/monthly targets established by the company.
Use customer feedback to generate new service/product ideas.
Investigate and discover methods to improve customer engagement.
Ensure that sales procedures are followed.
Create an environment of open communication for the team.
Work with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and sales growth.
Ensure that the CRM system of the company is properly updated and recorded.
Ensure that sales agents are immediately creating and/or updating client orders on the CRM system specified by the company.

Requirements:
Work experience as an inside sales manager is considered necessary.
Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
Comprehensive knowledge of the sales administration process
Outstanding interpersonal and team management abilities
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
Math skills and a problem-solving attitude
English language proficiency is required (a minimum C2 level is required)
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is needed.

The company is looking for experienced freelance Sales Team Leaders to generate sales while also supervising and supporting a team of sales agents.
The Sales Team Leader will monitor the sales metrics and ensure that the team of sales agents and the team leader make daily progress. The chosen candidate will work with a variety of professionals, so it is critical that you have excellent communication skills and are at ease managing and working in a team environment.
