• Resolving customer queries through Calls, Emails, and Chats.
• Handling social media and giving right solution to customers.
• Co-ordinating with clients and resolving the complaints on real time.
• Providing the highest quality as well as an accurate information within SLA
• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s E-mail.
• Documental call information according to the standard operating procedures.
• Helping customers with their queries.
